Kamath Associates is a fast growing Real Estate Solutions company, based in Ahmednagar. Incepted in 2014 by the duo – Mr. Nandan Karnath and Mr. Chetan Telang, the organization has achieved milestones in a very short time. With our commitment and zeal to uplift the skyline of Ahmednagar, we have designed and derived unique approaches and methods to cement our foundation in the world of Real Estate. We evaluate and select opportunities to develop projects strategically. We ensure transparency and have a swift investment decision-making process. Our main focus lies in delivery, hard work, integrity, and professionalism. We have a controlled yet consolidated approach to all our systems and methods; from the development process including viability analysis, site analysis, acquisition, concept, and design detailing, authority approvals, buildability reviews, construction, marketing, and sales.

Ahmednagar, the developing town of historic importance from the era of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, has been considered one of the key contributors to the development of the state of Maharashtra. When the foundation and the soul are so revered, why can’t the infrastructure and the cityscape be inspiring as well! This is where Kamath Associates was born.
In 2014, two youngsters teamed up together to redefine this land’s skyline to pave and march to achieve the dream of a modern Ahmednagar to be presented to the world. These two youngsters are Mr. Nandan Kamath and Mr. Chetan Telang. With their understanding of the need for strong and rigorous development in Ahmednagar, the duo embarked on a journey to create and provide exceptionally high-quality real estate solutions in the city. Crafting luxurious spaces that match the contemporary lifestyle and are comfortable and secure became their primary goal.
Today, they have skillfully raised the bar for the high-end and ever-demanding real estate segment by an exceptional body of work and deliverables so far.
